Questions about Pro

Can I practise for free?

Yes. You start with your email, with no card and no trial that runs out. About 3,500 PTE questions, most IELTS Reading and Listening papers and one full mock test are free.

Where do I get Pro?

In our practice app, on the web or on your phone. On the web, Stripe takes the payment. In the iPhone or iPad app, Apple takes it, and on Android, Google Play.

Does Pro cover every test?

Yes. One purchase covers PTE Academic, PTE Core and IELTS Academic, so you can practise for more than one test.

Is anything not in Pro?

Cambridge IELTS 20 and 21 are add-ons, sold on their own. So are live classes, teacher feedback and lessons with a teacher.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly renews until you cancel, and Pro stays on until the end of the time you paid for. The passes end on their own, so there is nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on your first payment on the web. Email us within 7 days of paying, or 3 days for the 7-day pass, and we refund you in full. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play follow the store's rules.

Do I keep my answers if Pro ends?

Yes. Your answers and feedback stay in your history. If you get Pro again later, you can get feedback on answers you gave without it.

Does Pro work in ChatGPT?

Yes, for writing. Connect your account in ChatGPT, and every writing answer you send from the chat is marked. The questions in the chat are the free ones.
